Shawna earned her Real Estate License in 2001 and has since worked with, and gained knowledge from top industry’s agents and coaches including Johnny Lowey, Mark Leader and Alice Baker to enhance her understanding of the market and all aspects of real estate.
A native of Knoxville, Shawna sells a variety of residential homes and land in Knoxville, Farragut, Loudon, Lenoir City, Kingston, Rockwood, Concord and surrounding communities.

Shawna served as a Groundbreaker for the Loudon County Habitat for Humanity and continues to contribute to her community by donating to Habitat for Humanity through Exit Realty International. Exit Realty has donated over $2 Million to the charity and built more than 15 Habitat Homes. Shawna has always been involved, and continues to be involved with orphaned animal rescue as well.
Shawna enjoys photography, target shooting and is an avid reader. She and her husband of 35 years, David, enjoy spending time with their three children, six grandchildren, gardening and their two rescued dogs.
Having had personal experience in local and international relocating, Shawna developed a strong ability to interact and communicate with people from diverse backgrounds and better understand and accommodate the needs and concerns of clients who are relocating.
